  • Yes! You may pay in multiple installments. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. All payments are due 1/30/27 before the event. You also have the ability to set up auto-billing. Be sure to use ACH payments to avoid credit cards fees!

  • A contribution page is a personalized webpage you receive after registering. It includes a custom link and QR code that you can share with friends, family, clients/guests. The contribution page allows them to support you by making contributions that will be deducted from your total amount in real time. Along with the contribution page, you'll get a social media kit with content for your stories, Instagram feed, and a printable mirror talker to help you share your page easily.

  • You will need to fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San Jose, Costa Rica. From there, Jaco is approximately a 1.5-hour drive.

    Airport transportation is included in your registration for the event.

  • Yes, meals and snacks are included. Enjoy delicious local cuisine with a focus on healthy and nourishing options to support your wellness journey. We will also offer beverages including cocktails. NA cocktails will also be available.

  • Yes, accommodation is included in the retreat package. You will be staying in a comfortable AIR CONDITIONED boutique hotel close to the beach and other key locations like clubs, restaurants, and other activities.

  • Yes, a valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Costa Rica, and we recommend ensuring it has at least six months of validity remaining beyond your travel dates. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days, but you will need to show proof of a return flight upon entry. We recommend checking your expiration date as soon as you book and renewing early if needed, as processing times can take several weeks.

Cancellation & Transfers

We totally get it—life happens. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and transfers:

All payments are non-refundable.
Due to the intimate size of the retreat and the upfront costs required to bring this experience to life, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reason once your spot is booked. We highly recommend purchasing private travel insurance to protect your investment…just in case.

Can’t make it? You’ve got options.
You can transfer your spot to another person. Just send us a written request at least 30 days before the retreat start date so we can help make it seamless.

Waitlist? We’ve got you.
If there’s a waitlist and someone is ready to snag your spot, we’ll reach out and do our best to help make that happen.
