Blake reed evans
Blake Reed Evans (he/him/his) is an award-winning hairstylist, salon owner, and global educator based in Tampa, Florida. With over a decade of experience in professional education, Blake is known for delivering high-impact classes that blends technical excellence with real-world strategies stylists can actually use.
A longtime member of the Redken Artist Network and SalonCentric #ittakesapro Team, Blake travels across the country teaching hair color, business development, and social media classes—both in salons and on the biggest beauty stages in the industry. He’s been recognized as one of Top 100 Stylists by Modern Salon, with features in Nylon, Beauty Launchpad, Teen Vogue, and PopSugar.
Blake is the co-owner of Shear Art Salon in Tampa, where he leads a team of stylists with a strong focus on mentorship, education, and customized client experiences. As a content creator and influencer, Blake also shares engaging, education-driven content with thousands of followers on Instagram and TikTok, helping to elevate the craft and culture of hairdressing.
Whether he’s teaching a hands-on class, hosting a retreat, or keynoting at an industry event, Blake brings humor, heart, and a deep passion for helping stylists grow behind the chair and beyond it.
Laura frazier
Laura Frazier is a Redken Artist, salon owner, international educator, and certified wellness expert based in Charleston, SC. With over 18 years behind the chair, she’s built a career rooted in color, extensions, and personal empowerment—spanning from New Jersey to the Lowcountry. She’s the founder of Blush & Bone, a thriving salon, and travels the country educating stylists through Redken and beyond.
In 2024, Laura was named a Beauty Launchpad “30 Under 30” honoree and has also been a NAHA finalist—an achievement she’s proud of and determined to claim in the future.
Beyond the salon, Laura is a certified breath coach, timeline healing therapist, NLP practitioner, and lifestyle coach. After growing up in the system and navigating life with complex PTSD, she discovered firsthand that true healing doesn’t always come from traditional paths. Through breathwork, subconscious reprogramming, and energetic healing, she found transformation—and now brings those same tools to the beauty industry.
Today, Laura is on a mission to fuse personal growth and professional craft. Whether she’s leading retreats, coaching stylists, or creating hair transformations behind the chair, she helps others dismantle limiting beliefs, rewire their inner world, and reclaim their power.
Stephanie russell
Stephanie is a dynamic facilitator whose journey from hairstylist to psychological safety coach has been shaped by personal transformation and resilience. After facing challenges with low self-esteem, burnout, and a mental health diagnosis, Stephanie became deeply committed to inner healing. Her experiences with toxic and psychologically unsafe environments, both personal and professional, inspired her to help others cultivate safety within themselves. With over 20 years of experience leading programs in the beauty industry, Stephanie now empowers individuals to break through perceived limitations and step into greater freedom, authenticity, and well-being in all areas of their lives.
